Seeking an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer to support critical power systems across Washington State. A lot of work will be in the Quincy area at the beginning. This role involves commissioning, maintenance, and emergency support for UPS and related equipment at customer sites.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot UPS systems, batteries, PDUs, and STS units.
• Perform equipment start-ups, testing, repairs, and modifications.
• Conduct site assessments, design reviews, and develop test procedures.
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with technical support to resolve field issues.
• Participate in OEM and internal training programs.
• Update and improve Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation.

• 3–5+ years’ experience with UPS and critical power systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
• OEM experience with Liebert/Emerson/Vertiv, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs; willing to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Familiar with basic computer tools and software.

There is a monthly car allowance and cell phone allowance. Mileage will be reimbursed. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
