The Data Center Technician will work with our Infrastructure Operations Team to oversee day‑to‑day operations as well as larger projects. Work includes installing, troubleshooting, and repairing servers/network equipment. Work involves hardware diagnosis and replacement of failed components. Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision while handling multiple priorities.

• Manage work and priorities through a ticketing system, while coordinating with the Data Center Manager
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacement for servers and networking infrastructure
• Replace and maintain cabling and wiring
• Collaborate with outside teams to resolve issues
• This is a night shift position
• Travel occasionally

• Experience with Linux or similar OS
• Good knowledge of network design and protocols
• Superior understanding of storage devices
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• The ability to function under pressure with multiple priorities

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
