Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility tasks

• Document care and report client concerns to RN/LPN

• Support residents during meal times and hydration

• Collaborate to develop personalized care strategies

• Keep client rooms clean and well-stocked

Requirements:

• Must have a Continuing Care Assistant certificate

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare settings

• CPR/First Aid certification (level

C) required

• Completed clear Criminal Record Check

• Familiarity with health technology and documentation systems
