Kal Tire is seeking individuals for the Front Counter Sales Representative role. This position offers invaluable hands-on experience in customer service and automotive sales. Candidates will handle vehicle check-ins, prepare quotes, and collaborate closely with the shop team to ensure smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assist with product inquiries
• Prepare quotes and support sales decisions
• Complete vehicle check-ins in all weather
• Look up parts and pricing using internal systems
• Answer calls and maintain customer records
Requirements:
• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Interest in automotive knowledge is beneficial
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customers
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as required
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
