Gemeente Raalte zoekt een toezichthouder/handhaver voor toezicht op bouwprojecten, ruimtelijke ordening en de naleving van de APV. Je signaleert afwijkingen, gaat in gesprek met inwoners en bedrijven en treden handhavend op wanneer nodig.
Je adviest over handhavingszaken, bestuursdwang en technische vraagstukken. Je draagt zorg voor rapportage en administratie en werkt nauw samen met collega's en de Omgevingsdienst IJsselland.
