Pan-Oston zoekt een IT Support Engineer die als technische schakel fungeert tussen productontwikkeling en klantondersteuning. Je selecteert hardware- en softwarecomponenten, stelt technical requirements op en schrijft handleidingen en installaties instructies.
Je test en optimaliseert drivers en Windows-images en biedt 3e-lijn support bij complexe vraagstukken, inclusief EMC-tests. Daarnaast draag je bij aan training en documentatie, en beheer je demo- en showroomopstellingen.
