Accounting Specialist for a high‑visibility contract role. This Part Time Accounting Specialist will support month‑end close, reconciliations and SAP reporting, helping keep essential corporate accounting functions moving. • Execute monthly postings and reconciliations using SAP
• Support accurate, timely financial processing for month-end close
• Maintain organized documentation and audit‑ready files
• Complete recurring accounting activities with precision
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving corporate environment

• Associate degree in accounting or business
• 2+ years as an Accounting Specialist, or in AP/finance/accounting
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• SAP experience a plus

• Competitive hourly rate of $20‑21
• This position does not offer benefits
• Part‑time schedule working 20‑30 hours a week
• Exposure to corporate accounting within a major consumer goods organization
