This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Sales Manager located in Racine, WI. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team to achieve revenue goals, implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. Key duties include overseeing client accounts, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and creating sales reports. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Negotiation, Contract Development, and Sales Forecasting
• Strong Organizational, Team Leadership, and Time Management skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Service abilities

• Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Prior experience in the restoration or service industry is a plus
