Summary

The Child Development Center located withing RCOC is a well-respected child care center in Racine, serving (caring for, educating, working with, etc.) both typically developing and special needs children ages 0 weeks through 14 years. We are dedicated to meeting every child at their developmental level through play, while meeting the family's needs by connecting them to community resources. The Child Development Center is looking for a highly motivated teacher to join our amazing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting the health and safety needs of all students
• Ongoing observations, portfolios and assessments
• Establishing and maintaining positive child and parent communications

We are looking for a passionate person with:

• Registry Level 7 or higher (preferred, but willing to train)
• MUST have Assistant and Lead Child Care Teacher certification
• Availability to work 11:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday
• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR/AED training, but willing to train
