Lead Dentist / Managing Clinical Director position at Aspen Dental.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $230,000 – $350,000 / Year

• Lead a patient‑centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Ensure high quality of care for all patients, adhering to the highest standards of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full‑mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Perform high‑quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Maintain awareness of the budget and collaborate with the Operations team to achieve financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and a team of dental professionals
• Stay abreast of new developments in dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups, dental associations, and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental‑branded practices in the greater community

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non‑clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
