Vision Clinic, a 70‑year‑old practice serving the greater Racine, Kenosha, Milwaukee and Chicago regions, is looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Racine, Wisconsin. This is a full‑time position that offers the opportunity to practice full‑scope optometry and collaborate with experienced providers in a thriving community.

Vision Clinic is committed to setting the newest standard in eye care with a full spectrum of services and cutting‑edge technology. The practice specializes in allergy eye care, dry eye, ocular diseases and specialty contact lenses. The clinic features a large, stand‑alone, two‑story building equipped with state‑of‑the‑art vision care technology, including digital retinal imaging, high‑definition OCT and threshold visual field. A dedicated team of Optometric Technicians handles pre‑testing, allowing providers to spend quality time with patients.

• Perform in‑depth eye exams for vision and ocular health.
• Provide comprehensive follow‑ups for patients of all ages and a variety of visual and medical diagnoses.
• Schedule comprehensive vision exams approximately every 30 minutes.
• Lead and guide the practice as it evolves.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and compassion for patient health and safety.
• Integrate new techniques and innovations that improve patient care and services.
• Work the current office hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (closed on Wednesday); and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday.

• Optometry license in the state of Wisconsin.
