Position Title
Math and Reading Interventionist Teacher
CompanyMrs. Myers’ Reading Room, dba Mrs. Myers’ Learning Lab
Company Descriptionrs' Learning Lab, we help children discover the joy of learning reading and math. Our mission is to provide high quality reading support and intervention services to children ages 3 to 12. According to the National Center for Education Statistics (2019) 66% of 4th grade students perform below grade level in reading. Because of this, supplementary education is a growing trend.
They will learn to read using a kinesthetic learning approach. Our “Whole Child” learning techniques incorporate sight, hearing, touch, and movement. The combination of these senses influence learning and memory. Our multi-sensory techniques engage children in reading, and better prepares them for lifelong learning. In 2020, Mrs. Myers’ Learning Lab expanded upon its tried and true programming by adding a math program that encompasses the same approach as what the reading program has been built on.
Because of this, Mrs. Myers’ Learning Lab offers both reading and math intervention support.
