Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Manager
- Must have eight or more years of professional mechanical engineering experience as well as an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering degree to be considered
- Must have two years of design experience with both drives and rotating equipment like motors
- Pay up to $170,000
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

This full-time, permanent Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Manager career opportunity is at a smaller but growing and established manufacturer that has no competition. The company is focused on growing their marketplace. They have a respected brand name and continue to reinvent themselves.
This position could grow to the head of the engineering group and/or take over for the VP of Manufacturing. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
- Functioning as a leader for a small team of mechanical engineers and electrical engineers
- Performing modifications to fit customer applications in AutoCAD
- Assisting in the redesigning or modifying of controls
- Diagnosing and solving mechanical and electrical problems
- Creating electrical and mechanical designs
The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:
- A mechanical engineering degree or an electrical engineering degree
- Eight or more years of professional mechanical engineering experience
- Two or more years of design experience with rotating equipment like motors
- Two or more years of design experience with Variable Speed Drives
- Two or more years of leading a team of engineers
- Possess an understanding of variable speed drives and electrical motors
- Possess a solid work history
- Being a US citizen or green card holder
- Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
