Overview
We are currently seeking a HSE Manager for the Data Center Division in Mount Pleasant, WI. The HSE Manager assists with inspections, accident investigations, conducts safety meetings, and implements health, safety, and environmental (EHS) processes. Responsibilities include compiling and maintaining required safety records, logs, and reports for contractor, client, and regulatory bodies.

- Works directly with the Project Manager and management team to develop and implement an effective site-specific EHS plan while adhering to corporate, divisional, and regional EHS programs.
- Assists Project Managers and EHS Managers/Specialists in coordinating subcontractor EHS protocols and aligning with company project goals.
- Coordinates quarterly comprehensive on-site EHS audits and evaluates project site compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conducts accident investigations and completes incident reports for Project Management review.
- Accompanies injured employees to treatment and medical evaluation, ensuring all EHS protocols are followed.
- Advices Project Management on Industrial Hygiene protocols and performs Environmental Monitoring.
- Manages the Company’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy, overseeing all required testing.
- Provides training and education to personnel regarding EHS requirements, including new hire EHS orientation programs.
- Administers the corporate SPAT process on assigned projects.
- Completes and provides a weekly EHS update to EHS Leadership.
- Ability to work the night shift
- Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction EHS field
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills
- Knowledge of regulations and standards as well as hazard recognition and injury management skills
- Some travel required
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and/or climb stairs or ladders
