• Leadership Development Conference: join us at our Global Headquarters in Racine, WI for a two-day immersive experience on August 12‑13, 2026. During the conference you will:

• Network with leaders and Employee Resource Groups.
• Explore career paths within Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E).
• Participate in leadership and professional development activities.
• Interview for a Summer 2027 internship.

Who Should Apply?

• Current undergraduate students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Biochemistry, or related majors with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Students who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
