- Leadership Development Conference: join us at our Global Headquarters in Racine, WI for a two-day immersive experience on August 12‑13, 2026. During the conference you will:

- Network with leaders and Employee Resource Groups.
- Explore career paths within Research, Development, and Engineering (RD&E).
- Participate in leadership and professional development activities.
- Interview for a Summer 2027 internship.

- Learn what it’s like to work in a global CPG organization.
- Current undergraduate students majoring in Chemical Engineering, Chemical, Biochemistry, or related majors with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Students who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.
