Shift Leaders are responsible for running the store, leading the team, maintaining high standards for customer service and product quality, and managing costs.

Core Responsibilities

• Store Operations: Lead team, set high standards for customer service, manage costs, develop team members.
• Food Preparation: Prepare pizzas, pasta, wings, desserts, sandwiches and sides per Domino's specifications.
• Stock Management: Stock ingredients, lift/rotate stock using FIFO, move soda to coolers, date all product.
• Customer Interactions: Take orders via phone, front counter, pickup windows, and carside delivery.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Sweep, mop, clean coolers, take out trash, wash dishes.

Training

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to deliver when needed.

Communication Skills

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over phone and in person.

Essential Functions & Skills

• Accuracy with numbers: add, subtract, multiply, divide, make correct monetary change.
• Computer skills: enter orders via keyboard or touch screen.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements.

Work Conditions

• Varying indoor and outdoor temperatures (36–90+ °F); weather conditions for outside tasks.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 °F, sharp edges, cramped quarters.
• Physical requirements:
  
  standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, hand/eye coordination.

Driving Duties

• Deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record and insurance.
• Navigate within delivery area, multi‑story buildings, private homes.

Physical Demands

• Carrying: pizzas, beverages while walking/climbing.
• Driving: deliver multiple orders per shift.
• Walking: travel between store and vehicle, to customer location.
• Climbing: navigate five or more flights of stairs.
