• Introduction of caregivers to new clients
• Shadowing & training new and current staff
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with the office and direct supervisor
• Follow policies and procedures of Senior Helpers
• Fill in on last minute shifts if needed
• Help staff develop skills and support employee retention

• Must have a valid driver license and vehicle insurance
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Must have current high quality customer service skills
• Must be available for 24/7 on call Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
