• Perform consecutive, high-quality massage therapy sessions within scope of practice, using proper draping protocols.
• Greet guests warmly and select appropriate treatments after reviewing client intake forms.
• Obtain informed consent prior to beginning each session.
• Complete accurate and legible client intake notes.
• Deliver an excellent guest experience through therapeutic touch, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.
• Protect client confidentiality at all times.
• Maintain professional boundaries and avoid dual relationships with clients.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance, clean uniform, and orderly therapy room.
• Educate clients on the health and wellness benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in therapy rooms and shared spaces.
• Support the front desk team with occasional tasks.

• Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy license; must comply with state/local regulations.
• Must pass a background check.
• Carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
• Additional modalities and enhancements preferred.
• Willingness to learn and perform all modalities offered at Blue Dove.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.
• Strong belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
