What You Bring
  • 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Experience creating Pivot Tables from scratch to be used for labor budgeting.
  • Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations
    .
  • Solid grasp of employment law and compliance
    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred).
