- 5+ years of HR management experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience creating Pivot Tables from scratch to be used for labor budgeting.
- Expertise in payroll, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations
. - Solid grasp of employment law and compliance
. - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred).
