Program OverviewThe Leadership Development Program (LDP) is our primary pipeline for internships. This unique two‑part experience helps you grow personally and professionally while giving you an inside look at life at SC Johnson.
What's Included- Professional Development Webinars – three virtual sessions focused on building your leadership toolkit.
- Leadership Development Conference – a two‑day immersive experience at our Global Headquarters in Racine, WI on August 12‑13, 2026.
- Learning about SC Johnson’s internship program, networking with leaders and Employee Resource Groups, exploring career paths within Sales, participation in leadership and professional development activities, and interviewing for a Summer 2027 internship.
- Gain insight into navigating a career in Corporate America.
- Enhance your leadership and professional skills.
- Expand your network of industry professionals.
- Understand SC Johnson’s culture, benefits, and commitment to inclusion.
- Learn what it’s like to work in a global CPG organization.
- Current undergraduate students majoring in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related majors with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Students who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship for full‑time employment.
