• Strong understanding of BPM tools like Biz Agi, IBM BPM etc with product features & process mapping;
• Broad understanding of BPM architecture to implement functional requirements
• Specialized knowledge of processes and BPMN standards in multiple functional areas to define AS IS and TO BE processes
• In-Depth analysis, solution evaluation methods & BPM tools to identify problems and their impact on client business
• In-depth BPM solution design , config & roll-out methods to ensure solution config creation as per defined functional & system specs
• Good knowledge of BPM implementation methodologies (waterfall and scrum), related tools to support project implementation activities
• Strong skills in proposal creation & effort estimation for complex projects viz. FP etc
• Builds cause-effect linkages based on synthesized information and arrives at an optimal solution keeping in mind multiple stakeholders
• Highlights key ideas, articulates own point of view logically;
  Assesses target audience needs and communicates appropriately
• Demonstrates keenness to understand customer problems, analyzes trends in customer queries/issues, advices corrective actions & proactively innovates on quality of services.
• Hands on experience in any of the BPM tools
• Certification on any of the BPM tools is optional
• Business knowledge and process design skills
• Good Team player
• Good knowledge on requirements gathering, architecture, and design of applications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
