Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA have partnered with a leading Facilities/Building Services company who are looking for a Senior Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to join their team in Racine, WI
.
We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Senior Manager to lead the design and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs for medium to large-scale operations across various sites within Racine.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a proactive HSE culture across stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement playbooks, procedures, and strategic risk management initiatives.
- Monitor incidents, track risks, and introduce solutions to reduce potential hazards.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to troubleshoot concerns and deliver effective compliance strategies.
- Lead by example, influence teams, and continuously improve existing processes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 5–8 years of HSE management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence and motivate teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
