Manufacturing Engineer

The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, evaluating production operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and identifying strategies for improving efficiency and quality. The individual will also ensure that industry standards and safety guidelines are consistently adhered to and will contribute to troubleshooting issues in the production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Developing, evaluating, improving, and documenting manufacturing processes
  • Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction and throughput
  • Conferring with vendors in determining product specifications and arranging equipment, part or material purchase, and evaluating products according to quality standards and specifications
  • Providing engineering support in production department to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Supporting company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and good manufacturing practices
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Leading cross-functional projects within area of responsibility
  • Recognizing own capabilities and taking initiative to continually improve
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering principles.
  • Experience with Machining and related technical expertise.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
