1st & 3rd Shift Bakery Equipment Operator

Operate industrial bakery mixers or filling depositors. Responsible to roll and cut, deposit into baking pan, or distribute filling as part of a product.

Forming and shaping products from dough or batter according to the recipe specifications. Bake shaped dough, decorate final product. Must be vigilant about exact measurements and strict timing. Work to optimize operational efficiencies while ensuring high‑quality standards are met or exceeded.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP and other food safety procedures. Troubleshoot issues and involve maintenance to keep equipment available and properly maintained. Ensure daily orders are filled accurately. Be willing to help other departments to support daily mission. Other duties as assigned by management.
