Dependent on prior experience

Production Planner

Under general supervision and following established procedures, handle information and processes related to fulfillment and packout of GNC manufactured product and customer product. Acts as a liaison between the Account Coordinator Team, Structural Design Team, Manufacturing and External Fulfillment Partners. Establishes expectations of fulfillment providers for accounts and projects. Travel will be required 25% of the time.

• Work with designers to develop best practices for packout and fulfillment projects and to simplify designs to reduce packout costs while protecting products
• Participate in vendor identification and selection
• Manage and validate inventory transactions related to customer supplied inventory into the fulfillment center both electronically and physical verification
• Develop written and verbal updates related to projects; manage a project status tool to communicate project timelines and milestones
• Coordinate delivery with the fulfillment partners in the logistics flow of customer supplied product into the facility

• Two year degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree in these fields
• A background in temporary or permanent display project management, fulfillment and packout experience, and structural design
• Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively

Persons hired are required to be available to work M-F. Hours may vary depending on the packout requirements.
