What You Will Contribute:

This will be a second shift (Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm) position at our Racine facility (8635 Washington Avenue, Mt Pleasant, WI). This role will start at $20+ hourly.

The Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to specified Work Instructions. This position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks.

* Assemble components with precision and care

* Ensure quality standards are met every step of the way

* Contribute to a safe, collaborative, and supportive workplace

* Use basic printing programs to complete customer orders when required for a specific job and make adjustments when needed on your own.

* Use Production system to record day-to-day customer order activity, view work instructions and report completed work.

* Take initiative to ensure priority items are completed and when needed seek out additional information from lead or Supervisor.

Education and Experience:

* High School Degree/GED Preferred

* 3+ years of experience in assembly/manufacturing desired

Working Conditions:

* Work is performed in a Manufacturing environment

* Depending on the assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and complete an audiogram test

* Those working in the Aerospace department must be able to pass a Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test

* This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

* Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
