PRECEPTOR HOME HEALTH HOSPICE PALLIATIVE CARE IS GROWING!

We are seeking a self‑starting, detail‑oriented individual for our Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist position in our Waukesha or Racine office.

We are a home health, hospice, and palliative agency providing services in patient homes in 15 counties throughout Wisconsin; patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and resident care apartment complexes. Preceptor strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs including home health, hospice, and palliative care. We have branch offices located in Germantown, Fond du Lac, Waukesha, Sheboygan, Appleton, Mount Pleasant (Racine), and Kenosha.

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings and advertisement processes, reviewing candidates' resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Work closely with Human Resources Director and direct supervisor.

• Use of sourcing methods to find talent in our territories.

  • Familiarity with Diversity Catalyst and Indeed a plus.

• Build networks through associations, social media, and employee referrals.

• There may be a need to travel to all offices with mileage reimbursement.

  Waukesha or Mount Pleasant (Racine) Office.

• Schedule:
  
  Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. There may be an occasional after‑hours job fair.

• Compensation: $23–$28/hour – Negotiable based on experience.
