Our landscaping division continues to expand! Opportunities are available for full‑time, permanent, year‑round work.

As a Landscaping Crew Member, you will provide a variety of landscape activities on behalf of Medxcel throughout the assigned working location of Wheaton All Saints‑Racine, WI.

• Performs planting and related activities.
• Performs routine lawn maintenance, including grass cutting, lawn edging, weed pulling, and other routine lawn‑maintenance activities.
• Uses lawn mower and related equipment.
• Provides seasonal lawn care, such as spring and fall clean‑up.
• Moves materials and equipment and performs related duties to assist in landscaping and hardscaping.
• Digs holes and trenches and excavates for landscaping and hardscaping using picks, shovels or related equipment.
• Hauls or spreads topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, or related materials using wheelbarrows and rakes.
• Hand‑finishes grade, and applies seed, straw, or sod.
• Maintains assigned equipment and notifies Landscaping Supervisor of needed repairs.
• Responds politely to customer inquiries and projects a professional image.
• Reports to work at the required time and performs duties as assigned by the Landscaping Supervisor.
• Loads equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers.
• Performs snow removal activities such as shoveling, salting, etc.
• Assists Facilities Maintenance staff on projects as assigned.

• Applies chemicals under the direction of a licensed chemical applicator.

• Some high school or equivalent required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• State driver’s license and insurable with company’s agent preferred.

• Experience in the landscaping field preferred.
• Candidate must be able to read and write in English required.
