As we expand into Ohio, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and guest-focused Manager who is ready to relocate and help lead a successful restaurant.
Position SummaryThe Culver’s Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, developing team members, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining strong operational standards. This leader plays a key role in building the culture, controlling costs, and driving overall restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru performance.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure all hospitality standards are met.
- Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders.
- Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor control.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and creating a strong team culture.
- Ensure compliance with Culver’s brand standards and operational procedures.
- Support store-level financial goals including food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability.
- Model positive leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
- Previous restaurant management experience (Culver’s or quick service preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and decision-making.
- Familiar with scheduling, training, inventory control, and basic financials.
- Must be willing to relocate to Ohio (relocation assistance available).
