We’re a growing Culver’s organization dedicated to hospitality, high-quality food, and creating an amazing work environment for our team. As we expand into Ohio, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and guest-focused Manager who is ready to relocate and help lead a successful restaurant.

Position Summary

The Culver’s Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operations, developing team members, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining strong operational standards. This leader plays a key role in building the culture, controlling costs, and driving overall restaurant performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and drive-thru performance.
  • Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure all hospitality standards are met.
  • Train, coach, and develop crew members and shift leaders.
  • Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor control.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and creating a strong team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with Culver’s brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Support store-level financial goals including food cost, labor cost, and overall profitability.
  • Model positive leadership, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant management experience (Culver’s or quick service preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • High level of professionalism, responsibility, and decision-making.
  • Familiar with scheduling, training, inventory control, and basic financials.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Ohio (relocation assistance available).
