We are seeking an HVAC Parts Specialist to join a leading manufacturer of humidification, dehumidification, and climate control equipment in Racine, WI.

This is a hands‑on, office‑based role focused on looking up HVAC parts, providing quotes, and supporting customers and internal teams over the phone. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of HVAC terminology and components, whether from residential, commercial, or industrial experience.

• Look up HVAC and mechanical parts using internal systems, IOMs, and parts lists
• Provide accurate pricing and part quotes to customers, agents, and internal teams
• Answer inbound calls related to HVAC parts and component questions
• Maintain accurate documentation related to parts inquiries and quotes
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and purchasing teams on special or irregular orders
• Use basic HVAC knowledge to understand customer requests and identify correct components
• Participate in training and review of new equipment or products as needed

• Exposure to HVAC or mechanical systems (residential, commercial, or industrial)
• Familiarity with common HVAC terminology and components
• Experience from an HVAC distributor, parts counter, service company, or mechanical shop is a plus
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and parts databases; SAP experience is a bonus
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to work onsite full‑time in Racine, WI
