• Act as the quality eyes on our construction projects, testing materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Take measurements, document results, and ensure road construction meets strict standards.
• Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning technical skills from day one.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, as construction schedules vary.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!).
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
