Role DescriptionRestore More Inc. is seeking a full-time Restoration Technician to join our team at our on-site location in Racine, WI. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for assessing and mitigating water damage, performing restoration services, and utilizing specialized techniques and equipment to return properties to their original state. Daily tasks include responding to emergency calls, providing effective restoration solutions, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and adhering to IICRC standards.
The candidate will work collaboratively with team members to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Reliable, with the ability to work in an on-site and physically demanding environment
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- IICRC certifications or willingness to obtain certifications preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
