Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

Immediate need for an experienced Software Engineer in WI. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in developing, integrating, and supporting a mix of internal tools, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing web applications. This is a highly collaborative role that involves engaging with cross-functional teams, ensuring secure coding practices, and contributing to the evolution of our application architecture.

Must be local to Racine (within a 2 hour drive) to go onsite 1-2 days per month.

• Focus on REST API Development and building new applications using modern Python practices, including strong Unit testing and applying established Patterns and practices.
• Design, build, and support internal tools, integrations, and customer-facing web applications.
• Proficiently retrieve and store data using SQL Server technologies, including SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Manage and deploy resources using Azure services such as App Services & Service Plans, Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIM, Application Insights, and Redis Cache.
• Develop and maintain Azure Dev Ops Build and Release Pipelines and implement Test Automation.
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging and provide support for internal applications and integrations, including legacy .NET framework applications.
• Participate in cross-functional team engagement with both on and offsite business partners and vendors.
• Ensure all development adheres to Secure Coding practices.

Expertise in Python with a focus on modern development, including REST API Development and robust Unit Testing.

Strong understanding of software development patterns and practices.

Familiarity with HTML & CSS and JavaScript, including modern JS Frameworks (React).

Proven experience with SQL Server for data retrieval and storage (SQL, SSIS, SSRS).

Experience with core Azure Resource Management and key Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIM, Application Insights, Redis Cache).

Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops Build and Release Pipelines.

Understanding of Domain Driven Design and Event Driven Architecture concepts.

Experience with .NET Development (Webforms, ASP.NET, MVC, Console Applications) for supporting legacy systems.

Familiarity with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience with Integration Testing and Automated UI testing.

Proficiency in Power Shell Scripting.

Knowledge of security tooling like Veracode (Static/Dynamic test configurations, configuration automation in pipelines).

Experience with Q2 SDK Development.

Integration experience with identity and access management systems (e.g., SailPoint and/or Delinea).
