Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Lab Tech for our Freestanding Emergency Department to work PRN nights with a 15% shift differential. You will conduct routine laboratory procedures on specimens, analyze results, and maintain equipment to ensure timely reporting.
This role requires an associate degree in Laboratory Science or Medical Laboratory Technology, or an approved equivalency, and you must obtain MLT certification within 12 months of hire. Previous clinical lab experience is preferred.
