** Your Opportunity:
** Taylor Corporation is looking for a Press Operator.
** Your Responsibilities:*
* • Follow detailed job instructions accurately and identify potential errors or issues, taking corrective action as needed  
• Set up and adjust press equipment to meet job specifications  
• Monitor product quality during production runs and make adjustments to maintain standards  
• Monitor equipment performance during runs and report mechanical issues to maintenance as needed  
• Start up and run jobs according to the production schedule  
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and general upkeep  
• Meet established standards for production output, waste, and spoilage  
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient shift changeovers  
• Complete required production logs and paperwork accurately  
• This role may include work on digital high-speed, multi-color presses with finishing capabilities

Shift: *
* • Sunday through Thursday  
• 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
** You Must Have:*
* • Mechanical and technical aptitude  
• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for material optimization  
• Ability to learn and operate equipment to meet production and quality standards  
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions  
• Professional communication skills  
• Strong attention to detail
** Requirements Within This Position:*
* • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand  
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position  
• Constant operation of machinery and handling of printed materials  
• Frequently required to move throughout the facility  
• Regularly lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25+ pounds
** We Would Also Prefer:*
* • Ability to distinguish colors  
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment  
• High school diploma or equivalent
