. This entry‑level position offers a starting hourly rate of $200.50, with opportunities for progression through our self‑progression program.

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment‑based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. Earn $200.50/hour, with potential increases from a self‑progression plan that can move you from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV, with 10% raises at each level and bonus payments for course completion.

Our Field Technicians work outdoors, utilizing hand tools in a variety of environments. You’ll receive support to build confidence and skills to solve complex technical issues, maximize potential with on‑the‑job training, a Broadband Apprenticeship Program, and more.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Schedule:
  
  Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary.
• Language:
  Fluent in English.
• Technical skills:
  Proficiency in using computers and software applications; competent in hand‑tool use.
• Abilities:
  Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility, and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Physical:
  Walk over various terrains and weather conditions while carrying tools and equipment; safely use weight‑bearing equipment (up to 345 lbs); lift up to 75 lbs; climb ladders up to 32 ft; work in confined spaces and at heights; operate and navigate a company vehicle in changing environments; work with small components and wires; work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather.
