Electromagnetic Design Engineer (Full‑time)

Design and analyze electromagnetic systems and components; develop and optimize motor designs; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet project objectives; ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications; create technical documentation; troubleshoot design issues; contribute to product development and performance enhancement.

• Experience in electromagnetic design, analysis, and motor design
• Strong proficiency in simulation tools and software related to electromagnetic analysis
• Knowledge of power systems, power transmission, and control systems
• Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork
• Ability to work on‑site in Radford, VA
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and practices
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
