Our REACH Team is seeking a Community Support Professional to serve the Far Southwest community. The role involves providing direct prevention support to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses, developing and training staff on Crisis Education and Prevention Plans, and coordinating services among providers to help individuals live and participate effectively in the community. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with optional on-call duties.
Starting Salary: $44,850 (depending on experience)
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related Human Services field is required.
- Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional is required.
Additional compensation considerations: Multilingual abilities will be rewarded.
