Overview
The Community Support Professional, provides direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses served by the REACH program. Also assists with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans. Works as part of the REACH team to ensure services and resources are coordinated among providers as needed to help individuals served live and participate optimally in the community.
Responsibilities- Provide direct intensive community crisis stabilization and prevention supports to individuals served by the REACH program.
- Assist with the development of and staff training in individualized behavior support plans.
- Coordinate services and resources among providers to help individuals served live and participate in the community.
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or human services related field is required.
- Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A) and/or Qualified Mental Health Professional-Child (QMHP-C) status is required.
- Starting Salary: $48,750 - Depending on Experience
- $2,500 Sign on Bonus
- Additional compensation consideration for multilingual applicants
