Peer Support Specialist; Part Time

– that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Hourly Rate: $15-20/hour (based on experience and education)

Schedule:

Part Time 16-24 hours per week, with weekend scheduling

• Provide lived experience expertise and interact with multi-disciplinary treatment team
• Maintain regular contact with referral sources as indicated
• Update on consumer’s progress; participate in regularly scheduled treatment team meetings
• Prepare and conduct reviews with referral sources
• Medical record documentation and documentation of all client or peripheral contacts
• Provide transportation for clients to access community resources
• Emergency services duty on rotation that may include commitment procedures, after hour assessments, crisis planning, and hospital diversion
• Other duties as assigned

• Required:
  
  Certified Peer Specialist certificate
• Preferred:
  Associate degree within a professional Human Services discipline
