Job DescriptionNew River Valley Community Services 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization Center is seeking a Clinical Program Supervisor! The Clinical Program Supervisor provides direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. Assists the Program Manager in the day-to-day management, supervision, and development of program services, and in monitoring of service quality and facility needs. Provides services to individuals, families and groups as needed to meet the program's goals.
Develops and maintains working relationships with clients, client's families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.
Starting Salary: $70,325-Depending on Experience
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other license-eligible field is required.
- Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Psychologist with the State of Virginia is required.
- Three years of supervised experience providing clinical services, preferably in a community mental health/substance abuse setting, with crisis services experience is strongly preferred.
- At least one year experience providing clinical supervision is preferred.
Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
