BAE Systems is hiring a Principle Procurement Analyst for our GOCO (government owned contractor operated) facilities located in Radford, VA and Kingsport, TN. This role will be providing support for the Maximo ERP system.

  Up to 10% travel is required
• Schedule:
  
  9/80 schedule

• Support and maintain the Maximo ERP system.
• Create and modify reports in Maximo.
• Setup automatically generated reports based on customer requests.
• Perform mass data loads.
• Create screen and process enhancements.
• Address inventory requests.
• Assist with the development of metrics using Maximo.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Work integrations with Maximo and other critical business systems.
• Support Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain with data and system requests.
• Interface with functional organizations to ensure system is operating efficiently and meeting internal and external customer needs.

Typical Education and Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

• Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
• Previous Supply Chain or IT experience
• Experience with Maximo ERP system.
• Ability to support a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to remain motivated and meet objectives
• Intermediate analytical skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred Skills and Education

• Master’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain
