Supervision of Housekeeping operations and the participation in cleaning services provided in support of academic, residential, administrative, student support services and special events and functions.
Position designated as essential personnel.

• Considerable skill in the use of cleaning equipment.
• Working knowledge of institutional Housekeeping services.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, to effectively communicate both orally and in writing, to perform basic mathematical calculations; and to advise, counsel, demonstrate fairness, be decisive and maintain objectivity.
• Demonstrated ability to direct the work of others, and to maintain a professional working relationship with all contacts.
• Valid driver's license required.

Higher education experience.

Employment Conditions:Must be available to work overtime and inclement weather situations. Essential personnel - emergency call-in. Overtime and call-ins may include nights and weekends. Must have a valid driver's license.
