We’re looking for a Junior Varsity Softball Coach at RADFORD CITY PBLC SCHS SCHOOL DISTRICT
.
- Conduct daily workouts and practices
- Attend all practices and softball games
- Supervise and instruct student‑athletes during all team activities
- Prepare the softball facility for all home meets
- Promote balanced achievement in all areas of school life for student‑athletes
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators
- Motivate athletes
- Assist in building the softball program and plan for its future
- CPR / First Aid Training, Fundamentals of Coaching Training, Health and Safety for Coaches, and Concussion Training preferred
- Complete orientation through human resources including fingerprinting and background checks
- Within two years of hiring, successful completion of the American Sport Education Program (ASEP) course and test entitled "Basic Virginia High School League Course" accessible at will be completed.
