Are you immediately available? Are you looking for an accounts role?
Juice is proud to be working with our client in their search for a Purchase Ledger professional to join their team for 4 weeks. This opportunity is perfect for someone with proven accounts experience and is an excel wizard.
DAY TO DAY –- Processing invoices through the system,
- Making sure they are coded correctly and match to a purchase order where applicable.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Checking the total balance owed on system and reporting discrepancies.
- Main qualities we need are diligence, accuracy and happy to sit at a computer processing.
- Strong Excel knowledge and comfortable processing bulk information.
- High attention to detail.
- Previous experience within accounts is essential
- Very quick turn around
- Parking available
