In this role, you ll deliver practical and classroom teaching to Level 1-3 learners, both at college and in the workplace.

You'll also assess apprentices on-site, track their progress, and help prepare them for End Point Assessments.

The ideal candidate will have industry experience, an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, and a passion for developing others. Assessing or teaching experience is a bonus - but not required. Full training and support are provided.

• Deliver Electrical Installation theory and practical teaching (L1-L3)
• Assess apprentices in college and in the workplace
• Provide progress reviews and personalised learning plans
• Work with a supportive team across both the college campus and employer sites

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• Industry experience as an Electrician
• Teaching or Assessing experience desirable (training provided if not)
• Commutable to Radstock and surrounding areas
