The Role

* Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons in Plumbing (Levels 1-3)

* Plan and assess learning to awarding body standards

* Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain records

* Support adult learners in achieving their goals in a positive, inclusive environment

* Participate in course development and curriculum planning

The Person

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Plumbing (or higher)

* Gas Safe registered with at least 5 years of industry experience

* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one - fully funded)

* Strong communication skills and a flexible, team-focused attitude

* Determined, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed

* Based within 30 miles of Radstock
