On offer is an opportunity for a Quality Inspector / Engineer wanting to progress into a management role where you can play a huge part in enacting improvements within an organisation and mentoring a team of engineers, while being recognised as a leader in your field.

This company are a family run organisation that have been established for more than 70 years, specialising in the manufacture of bespoke products for clients across the UK.

On offer is a role with fantastic progression, where you will be split 50/50 between managing 4 direct reports of Quality Engineers / Inspectors, and leading and improving Quality processes within the business.

This role would suit a Quality Inspector, Quality Engineer or Quality Manager from an Engineering or Manufacturing background who is looking to step into a challenging role with a well-respected family run organisation.

The Role:

• Monday - Friday, 39 hours (flexible hours)
• Managing of Quality processes and improvements
• Managing a team of 4 direct reports

The Person:

• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Quality or Inspection experience
• CNC Candidates wanting to train into quality encouraged to apply
