Project Planner will be based at either our Beckington, Bristol or Barnstaple site. This role allows for flexible working.  The salary for this role is circa 50k, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing Establish and maintain detailed and logically linked project schedules, including integrated and master schedules where required

Support the development and maintenance of Performance Measurement Baselines at bid stage and through authorised re-baselining during delivery

Provide clear schedule analysis, progress reporting and performance insight to support timely, evidence-based decisions

Help delivery teams identify schedule risks, opportunities, assumptions and dependencies, and develop practical recovery or mitigation actions

Practical experience developing and maintaining logic-linked schedules in Microsoft Project or an equivalent enterprise scheduling tool

Experience of progress measurement, forecast maintenance, critical-path analysis and schedule performance reporting

Working knowledge of integrated project controls and the relationships between scope, schedule, resource, cost, risk and change. Experience supporting baseline development, change control and re-baselining within a controlled project environment

An engineering, defence, maritime or other high-assurance delivery background is desirable. APM PMQ, APMG Project Planning and Control qualification, or an equivalent project-management or project-controls qualification is desirable - Candidates working towards relevant accreditation will be considered

Experience with Earned Value Management, schedule risk analysis, Acumen Fuse, Power BI or equivalent analysis and reporting tools would be advantageous
